Shipping Terms
We offer Free Shipping for USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority for a Flat Fee of $10.99 to anywhere in the Domestic.
In-stock items will ship within 3 -5 business days of payment excluding holidays and weekends. You will be notified of any shipping delays for out-of-stock items prior to shipment. We ARE NOT responsible for delays by USPS or third-party shipping providers once orders have been shipped.
Invoices will be sent with tracking #’s for all orders. Items will be mailed in discrete packaging.
Orders over $500 will require signature for delivery. This is to protect all parties in the rare event of a delivery dispute or issue.
Return Policy
We apologize for the inconvenience but cannot accept returns due to concerns with peptide sterilization, degradation, and inability to resell returned items.
If an item is damaged or missing from your order please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@omegamarketholdings.com. We will work with you to replace the damaged item or refund you for missing items once proper verification has been completed and approved.
