Our Policy and Commitment To Prevent Fraud & Abuse

Our Commitment
Customer satisfaction is our top priority so please contact us to discuss any issues or concerns with your order before filing a chargeback or payment reversal. We take all disputes seriously and will not tolerate unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks against us.

Why? This policy protects both our business and our customers in a high-risk industry, ensuring legitimate transactions are honored and preventing abuse that could affect service and costs for everyone.

Chargeback Abuse Policy
If a customer submits a chargeback for a legitimate transaction—especially without contacting us first to seek resolution or with suspected fraudulent intent—we will take all necessary actions to dispute the complaint. These actions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Banning the customer from future purchases
  • Notifying other merchants or relevant networks of the abuse, where permissible
  • Pursuing any appropriate legal or administrative action to protect our business, our customers, and other merchants from harm

ACH/eCheck Reversals & Insufficient Funds
Customers are fully responsible for resolving any ACH or eCheck payments that are returned, reversed, or rejected, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Insufficient funds
  • Authorization failures
  • Bank account errors
  • Customer-initiated reversals

If an electronic payment is returned for any reason, the customer must resubmit payment promptly using the same or an alternative approved payment method. Acceptable replacement payment methods include:

  • eCheck / ACH
  • Bank transfer
  • Money order
  • Cashier’s check
  • Another form of payment mutually agreed upon by both parties

Failure to resolve a returned payment may result in:

  • Suspension or banning from future purchases
  • Collection efforts, administrative fees, or legal recovery where permitted
  • Report of abuse to relevant payment networks or merchants
