How long will it take to receive my Order?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours once payment has fully posted to our account. Delivery timeframes below are provided by USPS as general estimates only and are not guaranteed:

Do you accept Product Returns?

No, unfortunately due to quality and degradation concerns, we cannot accept returns for peptides. We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly address any issues related to order accuracy, packaging, or product condition upon delivery. Do you offer Quantity Discounts or Rewards?

Yes, please inquire for quantity discounts when ordering 10 or more units. We also offer Loyalty Rewards Points, allowing customers to earn points on every dollar spent, as well as referral rewards for sharing our store with others.

Can Loyalty Reward Coupons be used for all Products?

No, restrictions apply. Rewards coupons can only be used on regular-priced and standard sale items. They cannot be applied to BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotions, special holiday deals, or deeply discounted items.
